Eric Basu
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Eric Basu is President/CEO of Sentek Global, Inc. He is a 1988 graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and holds an MBA from Anderson Graduate School of Management (UCLA).
Mr. Basu has over 18 years of experience in project and program management, application development management, IT infrastructure assessments, IT Security audits, and strategic consulting. He has previously served in the roles of Managing Director, Chief Architect, Chief Technology Officer, IT Director, Director Product Management, Project Manager, and Division Leader in various companies and government agencies.
Until 2006, Mr. Basu concurrently held the position of President for Global Entertainment Security, Inc., a nationwide security company. GES provides anti-piracy security to the entertainment industry. He is on the Board of Advisors for GES.
Mr. Basu was the Chief Architect of knowledge management portal for Alitum, a project manager for multiple enterprise IT system implementations for Price Waterhouse Coopers, and a project manager/IT consultant for KPMG.
Mr. Basu served as an active duty Sea Air Land (SEAL) Naval Officer (BUD/S class 164) from October 1988 to December 1997. He currently holds the rank of CDR as a reserve SEAL Officer.
Mr. Basu resides in San Diego, California.
