Mr. Francis LandolfFor more than fifteen years Francis Landolf led public sector organizations responsible for delivering time critical services essential for informed military and National level decisions. The organizations he created and led performed analysis of signals, communications systems and computer networks. They also developed and deployed the processing solutions that transformed network and communications data into a form consumable by intelligence analysts. Successful prosecution of such complex missions required navigating an immensely diverse work force through a rapidly changing political, economic and technological landscape.
Mr. Landolf began his public service career as a DoD executive in 1975 while working on a PhD in Mathematics at the University of Kentucky. He holds a BA, MS and MA in Mathematics. He completed an executive leadership program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School and is a graduate of the National Security Leadership Course, a partnership between the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He has been granted numerous awards in recognition of his technical and leadership achievements. He retired from federal service in March 2005 and joined Booz Allen Hamilton for about a year. Since then he developed his own consulting practice that advises business and government on technology strategy, change management, executive coaching and development.
