Training and Instruction Services
Sentek Consulting provides both training and instructor augmentation and
support to government schoolhouses and training facilities. We specialize in
providing highly trained instructors with complex skills and qualifications in
special operations tactics, weapons operations, anti-terrorism security training,
and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) instruction. Our typical instructor has 5-20
years of specific experience, is a U.S. military veteran, and holds a security clearance.
Government Program and Project Management Support
Sentek Consulting has provided support on government programs ranging
in size to over $1B for over seven years. The services included
the preparation, maintenance, review and delivery of program and
project management data to encompass: (1) Work Breakdown Structures
(WBS), (2) project schedules, (3) progressive/special reports and
supporting documentation, and (4) Plans of Action and Milestones
(POA&Ms).

Testing and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
Sentek Consulting engineers and testing personnel have developed,
executed and created IV&V test plans in support of large scale
government C4ISR and information technology projects, to include the
Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). Our engineers have years of
experience in planning, executing and analyzing test environments in
addition to managing the associated data systems and reporting
test results to senior leadership in support of customer requirements.
