Jerrolld Tracy Lemelle
Sentek Lead Information Assurance Instructor
Mr. Jerrolld Tracy Lemelle is the Lead Information Assurance instructor and a Fully Qualified Validator for Sentek Global and supports the Navy Certification Authority as a Navy Liaison. He supports four Echelon 2 commands and holds both Network+ and Security+ certifications.
Mr. Lemelle has over 16 years of experience in Information Systems Analysis, Risk Management, the DITSCAP/DIACAP process, and NIST instructions. He has developed, reviewed, and initiated multiple Certification and Accreditation Agreements (C&A) and SSP's in preparation for certification and accreditation of Department of Defense unclassified and classified Systems in accordance with applicable instructions. He has years of experience analyzing deficiencies within network infrastructures and orchestrating appropriate risk management improvements. He has researched, designed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and security policies for multiple networks both classified and unclassified. He also has significant experience maintaining and managing Configuration Control Management policies and enforcing DoD Information Security regulations.
Prior to joining Sentek, Mr. Lemelle was the lead Navy Instructor for the Information System Security Manger course at the Center for Information Dominance. His responsibilities included managing all administrative and operational aspects of assigned curriculum and personnel. He developed and maintained highly effective curricula, to include associated tests, laboratory demonstrations, and training aids. He developed and instituted the use of detailed metrics to track and improve the Information System Security Manager Course. Mr. Lemelle directed, planned, and deployed the first remote Information System Security Manger course using Video Telecommunications Technology.
